Refund & Returns Policy Last updated: 27 September 2026 At Epic Builds, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, please contact us at support@epicbuild.store and we'll be happy to help. 14-Day Cancellation Period If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you normally have the right to cancel an eligible online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without having to give a reason. To exercise your right to cancel, email support@epicbuild.store within the applicable cancellation period and clearly tell us that you wish to cancel your order. After notifying us, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods. Certain products may be excluded from cancellation rights where permitted by law, including personalised or custom-made products and certain sealed goods once opened. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. Return Conditions Unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise not as described, returned products should be: - Returned with all parts, accessories and components supplied; - Packaged securely to prevent damage in transit; - In a condition consistent with reasonable inspection of the product. You may inspect an item in the same way you reasonably could in a physical shop. If an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, we may be entitled to make an appropriate deduction from the refund where permitted by law. Return Shipping For change-of-mind returns, you may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the product unless we tell you otherwise. If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us before returning it. Where required by applicable law, Epic Builds will cover reasonable return costs or provide another suitable return solution. Please do not send a return without contacting us first. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. If your item arrives damaged, is faulty, you receive the wrong product, or something is missing, contact: support@epicbuild.store Please include your order number and, where possible, photographs or video showing the issue. This helps us investigate and resolve the problem quickly. Your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods are not affected by this policy. Missing Parts Many Epic Builds products contain numerous individual pieces and components. If your product appears to have a missing component, contact us at support@epicbuild.store with your order number and details of the missing part. Where appropriate, we may arrange a replacement component rather than requiring the complete product to be returned. Refunds Once a return has been received and assessed, we will process any refund due to the original payment method. Where you exercise a statutory cancellation right, refunds will be made within the time required by applicable law. We may be entitled to wait until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before a refund appears in your account. Original standard delivery charges will be refunded where required by law. Additional delivery costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method may not be refundable. Exchanges If you would like a different product, contact support@epicbuild.store. Where an exchange is not practical, we may ask you to return the eligible product for a refund and place a new order. Order Cancellations Before Dispatch Contact us as quickly as possible at support@epicbuild.store if you wish to cancel or amend an order. We will try to accommodate your request, but once an order has entered processing or been dispatched, we may be unable to stop it.
